Interventions

Control group:Maintain their original lifestyle without additional specialized spinal training or other related treatments.
Neutral Head-Pelvic Posture Control Training Group:Receive training on neutral head posture control
Symmetric Respiration-Based Core Stability Training Group:Receive training consisting of directional breathing, symmetrical thoracic expansion and core stabilization
Weak-Side Erector Spinae Strength Training Group:Receive training involving activation, strengthening and anti-rotation control of the weak-side erector spinae
Pelvic Neutral Position Postural Control Training Group:Receive pelvic neutral position postural control training

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 24 years old 2.Present with spinal health impairments 3.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form 4.Free from acute respiratory infections or acute sports injuries within the past 3 months, and capable of completing all tests and training sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with severe congenital or secondary scoliosis requiring surgical or specialized medical intervention, or severe vertebral developmental abnormalities 2.Receiving other treatments that may interfere with trial outcomes (e.g., spinal surgery, long-term medication, other systematic rehabilitation interventions) 3.Passively avoiding experimental procedures or failing to complete training and measurements as required 4.Having previously received identical or similar interventions to those in this study that alter baseline physical status.
