Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Possession of a valid Medical Practitioner’s License, and >=1 year of clinical work experience in the Department of Urology at a secondary or higher-level hospital; 2.Proven routine experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi, with participation in >=50 urinary stone surgeries within the past year, and familiarity with intraoperative endoscopic procedures and imaging features of urinary stones; 3.Commitment to full participation in the blinded assessment process, ensuring timely completion of composition identification and scoring for all samples, and agreeing not to access infrared spectroscopy results or any other external reference materials during the assessment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those engaged only in basic urological research with no hands-on clinical experience; 2.Those who have not participated in urinary stone-related surgeries within the past year, or have insufficient experience in interpreting stone endoscopic images and CT scans; 3.Those with visual impairments (e.g., color blindness, uncorrected severe myopia, etc.) that may affect the accuracy of image recognition; 4.Those who are unable to complete all assessment tasks due to work transfers, leave, or other reasons, or who refuse to cooperate with the research procedures.

MeasureTime frame
The accuracy of identifying the mineral composition of urinary calculi using three modalities: preoperative CT imaging, intraoperative endoscopic video, and physical images of stone specimens.;

MeasureTime frame
The influence of factors including physicians' years of practice, professional title, annual average surgical volume, and hospital level on identification accuracy.;
