Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cardiac arrest (sudden termination of effective cardiac ejection function); 2.Age =18 years old; 3.Coma after return of spontaneous circulation (lack of meaningful response to verbal commands); 4.Informed consent was obtained from the patient's family;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pregnancy; 2.Abandoning active treatment or refusing to resuscitate the patient; 3.Patients with severe head injury to CA; 4.CA forebrain function score (cerebralperformancecategory, CPC) 3 ~ 4 points or Glasgow coma scale 8 minutes or less; 5.Cognitive impairment of mental illness;
