Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent elective intracranial tumor resection in the Department of Neurosurgery at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from September 1, 2015 to September 1, 2025, with complete clinical data, either sex; tumor types include glioma, embryonal tumors, craniopharyngioma, or germ cell tumors; 2. Patients aged 14 years or younger; 3. Patients with an ASA physical status of I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Pre-existing severe infection or coagulopathy before surgery.
