Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.ASA classification: Grade II-III; 3.Scheduled for elective painless colonoscopy examination; 4.The patient agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hearing impairment or accompanied by abnormal development of the auricle or external auditory canal; 2.implanted with a cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator; 3.history of severe neurological or mental disorders; 4.allergic to remimazolam or its components; 5.long-term use of sedative-hypnotic drugs; 6.the case contains any signed documents related to refusal for medical research.
