Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years; 2.Scheduled for ambulatory hysteroscopic surgery under muscle relaxant-free LMA general anesthesia; 3.ASA physical status I-II; 4.Able to understand and complete the Chinese version of the QoR-15 scale; 5.Voluntarily participates in the study and provides written informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency hysteroscopic surgery; 2.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3.Preoperative cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorder, or communication difficulty that prevents completion of the QoR-15 scale; 4.Conversion to endotracheal intubation during surgery; 5.Severe intraoperative or postoperative anesthetic or surgical complications requiring deviation from the routine ambulatory surgery pathway; 6.Refusal to participate in the study; 7.Loss to follow-up at 24 hours after surgery;
