Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with trigger finger by a specialist physician; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Duration of the disease >= 1 month; 4. Conservative treatment ineffective; 5. Willing to comply and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trigger finger release history; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis or other diseases requiring continuous oral administration of corticosteroids; 3. Infection; 4. Suspected or confirmed palmar fascia contracture; 5. Individuals with alcoholism, drug abuse, or mental disorders who cannot make an accurate assessment; 6. Pregnancy.
