Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for ZAP, with a clear history of cutaneous herpes and pain in the relevant areas; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Patients treated with spinal nerve pulsed radiofrequency modulation; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5. No severe coagulation disorders or severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.

Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative recurrence of ZAP;Medical record data (pain location, responsible nerve, nature of pain, complications, preoperative pain score (VAS score), sleep quality score, dosage of analgesic drugs, nerve block therapy, preoperative and postoperative examination and lab test data);Follow-up indicators (pain intensity (VAS score) and sleep quality at 1, 3 and 6 months after spinal nerve radiofrequency modulation surgery; effective rate, recurrence rate and incidence of complications within 6 months postoperatively);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Model predictive performance and clinical value (AUC, accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, calibration curve) DCA Column chart);General Information (Age, Gender, BMI, Place of Residence, Chronic Diseases, Smoking Status, Alcohol Consumption);Surgery-related indicators (surgery name, operation time, radiofrequency voltage, action duration, intraoperative temperature, combined medication, intraoperative heart rate, intraoperative blood pressure, intraoperative adverse events);
