Preoperative anxiety

Interventions

Multisensory stimulation group(MSS):The multi-sensory stimulation group was given two consecutive 15-minute sessions of 40Hz vibration combined with sound stimulation on the afternoon before the surge
Sham stimulation group(SS):The sham stimulation group wore the same equipment but did not receive any effective stimulation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18–65 years undergoing elective arthroscopic surgery (including but not limited to shoulder arthroscopy, hip arthroscopy, and knee arthroscopy); 2.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 2.Education level below junior high school; 3.Individuals with motion sickness, impaired auditory or visual function, or language disorders that impede communication; 4.History of psychiatric disorders, craniocerebral or scalp injuries, or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Presence of metal implants in the body, or long-term use of psychotropic medications (such as corticosteroids, hypnotics, or antidepressants/anxiolytics);
