Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with HCC confirmed by pathology or imaging; 2.Treatment-naive patients without any anti-tumor therapy prior to MDT consultation; 3.Complete and traceable written MDT treatment plans; 4.Integral clinical medical records, laboratory examinations, imaging data, treatment records and follow-up information. 5. Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrent HCC and de novo HCC after liver transplantation; 2.Patients with MDT recommendations merely for regular surveillance without definite anti-tumor regimens; 3.Patients who received anti-tumor therapy at external hospitals before MDT consultation, those treated entirely in other medical centers, cases with missing core clinical data, or patients completely lost to follow-up; 4.Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma and metastatic hepatic malignancies.
