Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients aged 18–59 years and female patients aged 18–55 years. 2.Patients with primary school education or above. 3.Patients who participated in work before the onset of disease or before surgery. 4.Patients who have not experienced major psychological trauma within the past six months. 5.Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 6.Patients who have undergone cardiac surgery, are 3–6 months after discharge, and are in a stable recovery period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other severe systemic diseases, such as advanced cancer or severe renal failure, which may significantly affect quality of life and study results. 2.Patients with mental disorders, such as major depression or schizophrenia, or cognitive impairment, such as moderate to severe dementia, which may affect the accuracy of questionnaire completion. 3.Patients with special physiological conditions that may interfere with the assessment of quality of life.
