Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 3–45 years, with complete refractive examination data [spherical power (S), cylindrical power (C), and axis (A)] and corresponding ocular biometric parameters [axial length (AL), central corneal thickness (CCT), corneal curvature (K1/K2), anterior segment blood flow, etc.]; patients who underwent refractive surgery were required to have preoperative and postoperative corneal aberration data measured by both Scout and Sirius.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous ocular surgery (except for patients in the refractive surgery subgroup), active ocular disease, keratoconus or corneal dystrophy, severe systemic diseases affecting ocular development, or missing critical data.
