Interventions

Experimental group (AI?enhanced training group):Conventional training in writing PEMs for older adults, combined with training on typical pitfalls and revision strategies for AI-generated PEMs.
Control group (Regular training group):Conventional training in writing PEMs for older adults, combined with training on typical common defects of AI?generated PEMs and revision strategies.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Third-year or above undergraduate students majoring in Sports Rehabilitation; 2. Having normal or corrected-to-normal vision and able to complete eye-tracking experiments; 3. Proficient in using computers for text editing; 4. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. They had severe visual or auditory impairment that prevented them from completing eye-tracking tasks; 2. They had previously participated in training or research on AI-based health education tools or related topics; 3. They did not complete the revision decision checklist or their submission was considered invalid (e.g., all responses were blank, all options were checked identically, or the problem description was irrelevant to the original text); 4. They voluntarily withdrew from the study.
