Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus in WHO 1999; 2. Aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender. 3. HbA1c 7%-10%; 4. No prior hypoglycemic drug treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, or other specific types of diabetes; 2. Comorbid inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tumors, or other organic intestinal diseases; 3. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Comorbid severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 6. Contraindications to colonoscopy.
