Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old. 2. Diagnosed with conditions requiring caudal epidural block treatment, such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, or sciatica. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I-III. 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anatomic anomaly of the sacral hiatus or infection at the puncture site. 2. Allergy to local anesthetics or other medications used in the study. 3. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. 4. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency. 5. Pregnancy or lactation. 6. Inability to cooperate with or complete the ultrasound examination and procedure.
