Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed primary breast cancer; 2. Age = 18 years; 3. Presence of at least one metabolic abnormality, defined as elevated blood glucose, elevated blood pressure, dyslipidemia, or a body mass index (BMI) >= 25 kg/m^2; 4. Core data, including electronic medical records, laboratory and imaging test results, treatment records, and cost information, are traceable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other concomitant malignancies, pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe missing data on core exposure variables or primary outcome measures that cannot be repaired using statistical methods; 3. Cases in which metabolic status, treatment process, or follow-up outcomes cannot be determined due to incomplete data.
