Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets DSM-5 criteria for substance use disorder, aged 18-55, right-handed, of any gender, no contraindications for fMRI; voluntarily signs informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of head trauma, mental retardation, mental disorders (such as epilepsy, etc.) or chronic pain diseases, and patients who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cancer, heart, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc.; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, allergies and allergies to a variety of drugs; 4. Those who are judged by the radiologist to have organic mass, bright signal or other structural abnormalities in the brain; 5. Those who may have poor compliance and those who are difficult to follow-up; 6. Claustrophobia.
