Conditions

Patients diagnosed with primary aldosteronism, or those clinically highly suspected of having primary aldosteronism who need further lesion localization and subtype classification.

Interventions

Gold Standard:The diagnosis of PA relies on the screening of plasma aldosterone/renin ratio (ARR) and subsequent confirmatory tests, while the classification mainly depends on adrenal venous sampling
Index test:Positron-emitting nuclide-labeled PET/CT imaging targeting CYP11B2. Procedure: IV injection of tracer ? adrenal PET/CT scan ? measurement of PET/CT features. Reference standard: AVS. Image
