Control group:Long's Spinal Manipulation
Experimental group:Long's spinal manipulation combined with ultrasound therapy was used to treat the shoulder and neck muscles.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The extended line from the corner of the eye to the top of the ear is not parallel to the horizontal plane; 2. In the coronal plane, the downward extension line from the earlobe does not align with the two shoulder peaks; 3. The angle between the scapular plane and the coronal plane is greater than 15°; 4. The distance between the scapula and the spinal spinous processes exceeds the width of four fingers of the individual. Morphological quantitative assessment: Measure the morphological angles of the shoulder and neck. A head forward angle (FHA) of 37°<=FHA<45° and a rounded shoulder angle (FSA) of 49°<=FSA<=52° are considered inclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who don’t meet the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria; 2. Those with evidence of other cervical, thoracic, or shoulder joint pathologies; 3. Those with a history of neck or shoulder injuries or surgeries; 4. Those with serious underlying conditions like heart pacemakers or tuberculosis; 5. Those who can’t tolerate external ultrasound.
