Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical diagnosis: CRS-R score indicates consciousness level of UWS/VS or MCS, meeting clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic disorders of consciousness; 2.Age: 16-80 years; 3.Legal representative of the patient voluntarily participates after reading the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of primary epilepsy or refractory epilepsy secondary to brain injury; 2.History of cranioplasty in the frontal region, especially with severe scalp collapse; 3.History of cranioplasty in the frontal region, especially with severe scalp collapse; 4.Use of sedative drugs within 24 hours prior to EEG recording or behavioral assessment; 5.Unstable acute medical complications at enrollment, including uncontrolled severe systemic infection, hyperthermia, acute respiratory failure, sympathetic storm, etc. 6.Consciousness disorders caused by specific toxic metabolic encephalopathy such as carbon monoxide poisoning; 7.Comorbidity of severe underlying diseases such as malignant tumors, with expected survival of less than 6 months;
