50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50-75 years; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis; 3.Having a junior high school education or above, with basic reading, writing, and comprehension abilities, and being able to use a smartphone proficiently; 4.Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form, being able to cooperate with follow-up visits and relevant indicator assessment, and agreeing to comply with the study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe skeletal deformities, such as scoliosis, or a history of traumatic fracture within the past year; 2.Comorbid hyperparathyroidism, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or severe infectious diseases; 3.Long-term use of medications affecting bone metabolism, such as high-dose glucocorticoids or antiepileptic drugs, and inability to discontinue such medications; 4.Incomplete baseline data, cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or inability to cooperate with the study procedures.
