Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Complete clinical data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an ICU stay (LOS) of less than 24 hours or those who had thyroid-related measurements taken at fewer than two time points within 24 hours; 2. Those with a history of thyroid disease or autoimmune disease; 3. Those with hypothalamic-pituitary disorders or other endocrine/metabolic diseases; 4. Those using medications known to affect thyroid function, such as glucocorticoids, dopamine, or norepinephrine;
