Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 65 (inclusive); 2. Visual fatigue symptoms score >= 6 points; 3. Able to independently complete all research questionnaires and cooperate with all examinations; 4. During the study, participants agree not to participate in other interventional studies; 5. Voluntarily join the study, sign the informed consent form before the study, fully understand the study content, process, and possible adverse reactions, and are willing to follow the study requirements and procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are planning to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding; 2.Those who have lived in areas with high selenium levels for a long time (>=5 months) in the past 6 months (such as Enshi in Hubei Province, Ankang in Shaanxi Province, the adjacent areas of Guizhou and western Hubei, Taoyuan in Hunan Province, Wanyuan in Sichuan Province, etc.); 3.Those who have undergone eye surgery in the past 3 months; 4.Those who have infectious or traumatic eye diseases, organic lesions of the internal or external eye, or fundus lesions; 5.Those who have cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic system, etc. diseases; 6.Those who have regularly taken (>=3 times a week, for more than 1 month) food supplements for improving eye health (mainly including lutein, zeaxanthin, ß-carotene, blueberry extract, bilberry extract, blackcurrant extract, goji berry extract, DHA algae oil) in the past 3 months; 7.Those whose physical examination results in the past 3 months meet any of the following conditions need to be excluded: (1)Liver function: Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); (2)Kidney function: Serum creatinine > 1.2 times the ULN; (3)Others: The researcher determines that there are other laboratory abnormalities with clear clinical significance, which may affect the safety of the research participants or the reliability of the research results; 8.Those who have regularly used eye drops, eye patches, eye massage devices, etc. or taken high-selenium foods (Brazil nuts, etc.) for improving eye conditions in the past 1 month (defined as >=3 times per week); 9.Those who are allergic to the study components, have a history of drug allergies or allergic diseases, or have sensitive facial skin; 10.Those with difficulty in swallowing; 11.Other conditions determined by the researchers to be unsuitable or obstructive for participation.
