Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.women aged 40–60 years; 2.Proximally, menstrual cycle length variation of =7 days, recurring within 10 menstrual cycles, or amenorrhea for more than one year; 3.complete clinical data, including menopause-related symptom scores, body composition measurements, and hormone level assessments;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previously undergone oophorectomy (ovariectomy) or hysterectomy; 2.Use of medications affecting hormone levels or bone metabolism within the past three months, including estrogen/progestin preparations, glucocorticoids, thyroid hormone replacement therapy, bisphosphonates, selective estrogen receptor modulators. etc; 3.Use of any medication for the treatment of menopause-related symptoms within the past two months; 4.Patients diagnosed with diseases affecting endocrine function or bone metabolism, such as parathyroid disorders, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, malabsorption syndrome, etc; 5.Presence of malignant tumors; 6.Pregnancy or lactation;
