Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Part 1: Study on the current status and influencing factor pathways of psychosocial adaptation in elderly stroke patients (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition) [37]; (2) Age >=60 years; (3) Non-acute phase patients who have completed staged treatment, with stable vital signs and clear consciousness, either inpatients or outpatients; (4) Able to communicate effectively and complete the questionnaire independently or with assistance according to their own wishes; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation. 2. Part 2: Development of a psychosocial adaptation intervention program for elderly stroke patients Expert selection criteria: (1) Bachelor's degree or above; (2) Associate senior title or above; (3) Engaged in stroke clinical work, nursing, or chronic disease management for more than 5 years; (4) Research fields: evidence-based nursing, psychological nursing, stroke diagnosis and treatment, stroke rehabilitation, community chronic disease management, etc. 3. Part 3: Feasibility study of the psychosocial adaptation intervention program for elderly stroke patients (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition), and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; (2) Age between 60 and 80 years inclusive; (3) First onset, stable condition; (4) Clear consciousness, able to communicate through writing or speech, able to use a smartphone; (5) mRS <=3 points; (6) Informed consent for this study. 4. Part 4: Evaluation study on the effectiveness of the psychosocial adaptation intervention program for elderly stroke patients (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition), and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; (2) Age between 60 and 80 years inclusive; (3) First onset, stable condition; (4) Clear consciousness, able to communicate through writing or speech, able to use a smartphone; (5) mRS <=3 points; (6) Informed consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Part 1: Study on the current status and influencing factor pathways of psychosocial adaptation in elderly stroke patients (1) Persons with mental disorders; (2) Persons with severe memory or cognitive impairment; (3) Persons with other major organ diseases (e.g., heart, liver, kidney); (4) History of psychological disorders. 2. Part 3: Feasibility study of the psychosocial adaptation intervention program for elderly stroke patients (1) History of mental illness; (2) Persons with other major organ diseases such as heart, liver, kidney; (3) Persons participating in other clinical trials. 3. Part 4: Evaluation study on the effectiveness of the psychosocial adaptation intervention program for elderly stroke patients (1) History of mental illness; (2) Persons with other major organ diseases such as heart, liver, kidney; (3) Persons participating in other clinical trials.
