Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants shall be college students; 2.Aged over 18 years old; 3.Right-handed with normal or corrected-to-normal vision, physically and mentally healthy, and free of any history of brain injury, cardiovascular disease or neurological disorders; 4.No surgical history within 1 year before baseline assessment, and no cerebral concussion or head and neck trauma in the latest 3 months; 5.No systematic mindfulness training or cognitive training programs within 3 months prior to baseline; 6.No participation in similar psychological experiments within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have signed the informed consent form, entered the study, but were found to be excluded during project monitoring or after the end of the study; 2. Failure to intervene in accordance with training requirements: poor compliance; 3. Failure to accept intervention or failure to comply with or assume the responsibilities and obligations corresponding to the informed agreement; 4. Violation of the research protocol; Subjects who withdrew with injuries during the intervention.
