18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years and gestational age >=37 weeks; 2.Parturient undergoing vaginal delivery of a singleton pregnancy; 3.Voluntarily requesting and accepting intrathecal labor analgesia; 4.Neonate without birth defects or severe complications; 5.Possessing basic literacy and language communication skills, capable of effectively communicating and understanding questionnaire content in Chinese; 6.Providing oral informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study; 7.ASA classification of II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.presence of severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or other organ diseases; 2.history of mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, or language communication disorder, making them unable to complete the questionnaire survey; 3.unwillingness to participate in this study after explanation.
