Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer, scheduled for laparoscopic radical resection; 2.Age >= 65 years; 3.Expected survival >= 6 months; 4.Normal mental status, able to cooperate with intervention and follow-up; 5.Signed informed consent from the patient and family members;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Distant metastasis or palliative surgery; 2.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 3.Coagulation dysfunction; 4.Cognitive impairment or inability to cooperate with exercise training; 5.Received rehabilitation training within 4 weeks prior to surgery; 6.Combined with other malignant tumors;
