Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender, with clear consciousness and normal communication ability. 2. Patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URS) or percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for urinary calculi, ureteral stricture and other diseases and had indwelling ureteral stents after surgery. 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study after surgery, were able to complete the scale independently or with assistance from researchers, and signed the informed consent form. 4. Patients with a planned follow-up duration of no less than 28 days during stent indwelling, and who could cooperate with scale assessments at multiple time points (1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after surgery).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders or language dysfunction who are unable to understand scale items or complete follow-up. 2. Patients complicated with severe underlying diseases such as cardiac, hepatic, renal and coagulation disorders that may interfere with the evaluation of complications. 3. Patients with preoperative persistent hematuria, recurrent urinary tract infection, chronic pain syndrome and other conditions that may affect the judgment of stent-related complications. 4. Pregnant or lactating women, as well as patients with an expected stent indwelling duration of less than 28 days or scheduled early stent removal. 5. Patients who strongly refuse scale assessments (e.g., pain faces scale, hematuria color chart) or decline to provide information within the scope of privacy protection.
