Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult pregnant female patients; 2.Visited the Department of Nephrology, Shenzhen Second People's Hospital between October 2024 and June 2025; 3.Diagnosed with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) according to the 2023 British Society for Haematology (BSH) guideline on "Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and Other Thrombotic Microangiopathies"; 4.Treated with eculizumab; 5.Complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
