Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria specified in the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome, with positive laboratory test results for SFTSV RNA. 2.Aged 18 or above, no gender restrictions; 3.Hospital stay >= 4 days, and 30-day prognostic follow-up can be completed; 4.The patient or legal representative shall sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to cooperate with data collection, suffering from mental disorders or communication disorders; 2.Other circumstances judged by researchers as ineligible for enrollment.
