18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the Berlin Definition of ARDS (2012); 3. Admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Emergency Department, or ICU within 24 hours; 4. Signed informed consent obtained from the patient or legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting coagulation disorders or history of hematological diseases before admission; 2. Use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs within 2 weeks before enrollment; 3. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C or renal failure requiring dialysis); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Expected survival time < 24 hours.
