Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60-79 who undergo elective transurethral laser prostate resection under general anesthesia; 2.ASA score levels 1-3; 3.Surgery time >= 60 minutes; 4.No cognitive impairment before surgery; 5.Damage to important organs like the heart, brain, and kidneys; 6.The patient and their family agreed to participate in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Expected to undergo surgery that involves a lot of bleeding or blood transfusion; 2.Patient's preoperative temperature 37.5°C; 3.The patient's BMI is over 35 kg/m^2 4.Serious endocrine, cardiovascular, or respiratory diseases; 5.When entering the operating room, the patient had unstable hemodynamics (slow heart rate [HR 120 bpm], uncontrolled high blood pressure [SBP > 180 mmHg], or low blood pressure [SBP < 90 mmHg]);
