Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 0–17 years. 2.Diagnosis of pediatric inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or inflammatory bowel disease unclassified. 3.Availability of adequate clinical information including laboratory tests, endoscopy, pathology, imaging, treatment and follow-up data. 4.Retrospective participants must have completed diagnosis and treatment in the study center with accessible medical records. 5.Written informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardians for prospective participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of infectious enteritis, intestinal tuberculosis, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, drug-related enteritis or other identifiable intestinal diseases. 2.Severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, hematologic, immunologic diseases or malignancy.
