Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Semi-structured qualitative interviewees: 1. Have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in third-party caregiver care work; 2. Have held the management position of a nurse team leader for at least 1 year, managing 5 or more front-line nurses on a long-term basis, and maintaining regular communication with clinical departments. 3. Clear language expression, capable of fully elaborating on the relevant work contents of job management, team coordination, and patient care management; 4. Voluntarily participate in the interview, sign the informed consent form for the interview, agree to the text transcription, and fully cooperate with the interview process. Research subjects of the scale pre-survey: 1. Have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in front-line care work as a third-party caregiver. 2. Officially appointed to the position of caregiver team leader, with a tenure of no less than one year, and not under temporary management. 3. Be capable of independently reading and filling out paper questionnaires; 4. Fully understand the research content, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form for the pre-investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Semi-structured qualitative interviewees: 1. Temporary management and part-time team leader, with a tenure of less than one year; 2. There are cognitive and language expression barriers, making it impossible to complete a full interview. 3. Unwilling to objectively describe the real working situation. Research subjects of the scale pre-survey: 1. Temporary concurrent or short-term management of group leaders, without formal appointment as a group leader; 2. There are cognitive and visual impairments, and they are unable to complete the questionnaire independently. 3. The workload on that day was heavy, leaving no sufficient time to fill out the questionnaire and no alternative survey could be arranged.
