Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with skin and soft tissue defects in the hands due to various reasons, regardless of age or gender; 2.Patients treated with pedicle retrograde posterior interosseous artery perforator island flap for repair;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor blood glucose control or peripheral neuropathy in diabetes; 2.Patients with uncontrolled wound infection; 3.Patients with incomplete clinical medical records or incomplete follow-up;
