Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage heart failure as defined by authoritative domestic and international guidelines; 2. Complete clinical and follow-up data, including core information like demographics, clinical indicators, biochemical markers, comorbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes; 3. Data sources comply with medical data management standards, patient information is anonymized, and ethical requirements are met.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose end-stage heart failure diagnosis is questionable and who haven't been confirmed through authoritative methods like ultrasound or lab tests; 2. Patients with missing key info in their clinical data or follow-up records, making it impossible to extract and analyze prognostic indicators; 3. Patients with other serious organic diseases, like malignant tumors, that could independently affect prognosis and interfere with study results; 4. Cases with obvious data errors or fabrication that can't be corrected even after quality checks.
