Interventions

Intervention group:Exercise Intervention Plan: 1. Pre-exercise Assessment: Record the patient's resting heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure and peripheral oxygen saturation after lying supin
assess the maximum weight the patient can overcome in a single muscle contraction of the upper and lower limbs within a certain range of motion (1RM)
monitor and record the maximum range of motion of the patient's shoulder flexion, abduction, hip flexion, knee extension and straight leg raise on both sides. 2. Warm-up Exercises: 5 minutes of low-i
exercise intensity is calculated based on upper limb 1RM and heart rate reserve method: initial load is 30-40% of upper limb 1RM, target heart rate = resting heart rate + (maximum heart rate - resting
exercise frequency and duration: once per day, five times per week
progression criteria: if 12 repetitions of the same set are completed with a Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) = 12, increase the load by 0.5kg before starting the next set. 4. Lower Limb PRT Plan:
