Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with congenital heart disease by specialized echocardiography or enhanced CT of the heart and major blood vessels, who undergo cardiopulmonary bypass surgery for repair; 2. Age under 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe other systemic diseases; 2. Have previously undergone extracorporeal circulation surgery; 3. Cannot obtain enough relevant biological samples.
