Confirmed by an ophthalmologist to have moderate or above visual impairment (based on comprehensive visual indicators such as best corrected visual acuity, contrast sensitivity or visual field defects); 3. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form, and agree to participate in the follow-up study; 4. Possesses normal comprehension, cognition and communication skills and voluntarily participates in this study with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairment or aphasia, making verbal cognitive assessment impossible to complete; 2. In a state of acute delirium, or suffering from severe mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) that interfere with cognitive assessment; 3. Advanced malignant tumors, or a life expectancy of less than 6 months as assessed by a clinician; 4.
