Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with complete medical records, who require cardiac radionuclide imaging and are able to tolerate the corresponding examinations. 2. Patients with clinically suspected non-infiltrative cardiomyopathy or cardiomyopathy that may cause left ventricular (LV) wall thickening. 3. Patients with suspected cardiac amyloidosis based on symptoms, monoclonal protein studies, echocardiography, and/or MRI. 4. Those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with incomplete medical records. 2. Individuals without full civil capacity. 3. Women who are lactating or pregnant. 4. Patients planning pregnancy within 6 months 5. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form for enrollment.
