Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed locally advanced cervical cancer (FIGO stages III–IVA); 2. Planned to receive radiotherapy combined with anti PD 1 immunotherapy (chemo radiotherapy plus anti PD 1 immunotherapy); 3. Able to provide tumor tissue biopsy samples before and during treatment and consent to peripheral blood collection; 4. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrently diagnosed with other malignancies; 2. Presence of severe immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases; 3. Inability to comply with follow-up visits or sample collection procedures; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
