18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male or female adults aged 18-40 years; 2. Body mass index of 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2; 3. Ability to fall asleep independently; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, neurological, hepatic, hematopoietic, or other major organ systems; 2. A history of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B; 3. A history of gastrointestinal disease within the previous month; 4. Current anxiety, depression, or other psychiatric disorders; 5. Impaired consciousness or inability to cooperate with the study for any other reason; 6. Poor habitual sleep patterns, including difficulty initiating sleep, habitual insomnia, or frequent dreaming; 7. Use of antibiotics for any reason within the previous month; 8. Malignant tumor, acute infection, or severe systemic infection; 9. Drug dependence or psychotic disorder; 10. A special diet within the previous 3 months, such as a vegetarian diet, ketogenic diet, or enteral nutrition; 11. Planned surgical treatment in the near future; 12. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or intention to become pregnant; 13. Current participation in another clinical study or withdrawal from another clinical study within the previous month; 14. Any other condition considered unsuitable for participation by the investigators.
