Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of coronary heart disease symptoms such as chest pain or chest tightness; 2. Clinical suspicion of coronary artery stenosis or hemodynamic abnormalities; 3. Consent to undergo CCTA examination and signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 18 years; 2. Contraindications for CCTA, including history of iodine contrast agent allergy, hyperthyroidism, or epilepsy; 3. Severe hepatic or renal failure or decompensated cardiac insufficiency; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients with severe arrhythmias (e.g., premature beats, atrial fibrillation), valvular diseases, cardiomyopathies, or those who had undergone cardiac pacemaker implantation; 6. Inability to cooperate with scanning or breath-holding; 7. Unstable clinical signs.
