Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old 2.Clinically diagnosed with ischemic heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other structural heart diseases such as valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease , arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, etc. 2.Other systemic diseases that cause symptoms such as breathlessness and lower limb edema 3.Excluded are those with contraindications for EECP therapy or who cannot cooperate with cardiopulmonary exercise tests 4.Pregnancy, lactation, malignant tumors, and end-stage disease
