Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma with distant metastasis; 2. EGFR wild-type, ALK negative; 3. TCM diagnosis: deficiency of both qi and yin: fatigue, weakness, dry mouth and little thirst, red or pale tongue, weak pulse; 4. Age 18-80 years old (including 18 years old and 80 years old), gender not limited; 5. Expected survival period exceeds three months; 6. No previous use of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin chemotherapy, and currently suitable for this chemotherapy regimen; 7. ECOG score <= 2 points; 8. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is brain metastasis; 2. Severe liver and kidney function impairment (liver function at Child-C stage, kidney disease at stage 4-5); 3. Other immunotherapies have been applied; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
