Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients with cerebral infarction met the diagnostic criteria set by the national cerebrovascular disease conference in 1995 and were diagnosed as having cerebral infarction in the basal ganglia region by cranial CT or MRI. 2 cooperation in physical examination, no mental retardation and aphasia, 3 no positive mental disorder, 4 standing balance level 2 or above, 5 no contraindication of MRI, 6 informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with disturbance of consciousness, 2 patients with severe impairment of liver and kidney function, heart failure and other organic diseases, 3 patients who could not complete the course of treatment, 4 patients whose condition worsened during the study and needed to be transferred to another department.
