Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension in accordance with the diagnostic criteria specified in Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension. 2.Aged between 18 and 80 years old. 3.With stable vital signs, clear consciousness, capable of normal communication, and able to comply with postural requirements and instructions during blood pressure measurement. 4.Fully informed of the study objectives and procedures, and provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary hypertension, including hypertension caused by renal artery stenosis, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma and other conditions. 2.Severe arrhythmia, such as atrial fibrillation and frequent premature beats. 3.Patients with severe target organ damage or complications, including acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min) and acute stroke. 4.Limb disorders: skin lesions, infection, deformity or indwelling venous catheters on both upper arms that prevent the application of standard cuffs. 5.Cognitive impairment or mental disorders: individuals who fail to understand the instructions for unattended measurement or cannot maintain a resting posture due to severe mental illness. 6.Pregnant or lactating women.
