Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-60 years old; 2.Patients with schizophrenia who meet the diagnosis criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V), shall be diagnosed by two psychiatrists with the title of attending physician or above in our hospital; 3.A score of 1 in either item 4 or item 5 of the Chinese version of the Beck's Suicidal Ideation Inventory (BSI-CV) indicates the presence of suicidal ideation; 4.Not receiving antipsychotic or antidepressant medication treatment, experiencing a first episode;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The disease diagnosis is consistent with other mental disorders in DSM-V, such as mental retardation, depression, etc; 2.Combined with severe infections or other serious physical illnesses (such as heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, cancer, etc.); 3.Combined substance abuse (excluding smoking and alcohol consumption); 4.Medical history and family history of metabolic related diseases such as diabetes and autoimmune diseases; 5.Being pregnant or breastfeeding;
