Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria are based on the 2022 edition of "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Andrological Diseases", and are determined through combined auxiliary examinations and professional doctor's diagnosis. Patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract stones (kidney stones, ureteral stones); 3. Patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy and had their first double-J stent inserted; 4. The duration of the double-J stent placement is no less than 1 week and no more than 6 weeks. 5. The patient has clear consciousness and is aware of the situation, and has voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors and other serious diseases (such as heart failure, kidney failure, etc.) are included in the merger. 2. Patients who have a history of ureteral surgery or who have multiple urinary system diseases concurrently; 3. Those with other diseases related to lower urinary tract symptoms; 4. There are those with hearing, mental or language expression impairments who are unable to complete the survey. 5. Those who have severe complications or whose condition worsens and cannot cooperate.
